RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at cedargrovetallowco@gmail.com so we can make it right. Refunds and replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR OTHER ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately at cedargrovetallowco@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still have not received it, please contact us at cedargrovetallowco@gmail.com.
