Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed within 7* business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Occasionally it may take up to 3 weeks to processor orders, depending on our current volume and suet availability. We promise it's worth the wait! You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Please also allow up to two weeks for shipping transit times in the United States, and even longer during the holiday season. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground. All orders will include a valid tracking number. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight/distance, and will displayed at checkout. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within the 97016 zip code. For orders under $75, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made between 5:00pm and 7:30pm on Thursdays & Fridays. We will contact you via text message/email with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cedargrovetallowco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
