Our potent tallow and magnesium cream with MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) combines transdermal magnesium chloride with an organic sulfur compound to provide topical relief. People typically use these creams for post-workout recovery, soothing tired muscles, relieving leg cramps, supporting joint health, and encouraging restful sleep.

• DIRECTIONS: For sleep: Apply a dime-sized amount to each each calf & foot before bed to help encourage a more restful sleep. For tension, aches & pains: Apply a dime-sized amount to areas of sore muscles & joints to help ease tension and soothe aches. Wash hands after application. May cause tingling or skin irritation. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, open wounds, genitalia, or freshly shaved skin. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
